In Futura Education schools educating on the foundation of the school providing secondary education can start persons that:

• have a diploma of secondary school (diploma or other equivalent certifying finishing the secondary school) or finished secondary school and passed  Matura Exam.
• or will be 18 years old in the calendar year in which the studying begun
• filled and submitted an Application Form
• paid tuition fee for year in advance

Scheme of recruitment process when applying for the admission to the school educating on the foundation of the school providing secondary education:

 The applicant sends by e-mail:

• scan of the original or the duplicate of the certificate (diploma or other document certyifying the finishing of the secondary school) which should be legalized or with Apostille
• scan of the document confirming the identity (identity card, passport, residence permit)
• application form – the application should be downloaded from www.futura.edu.pl
• scan of the translation into Polish the certificate of finishing secondary school (school-leaving examination certificate) made by the sworn translator entered into the register of sworn translators kept by the Minister of Justice or consul of the Republic of Poland working in the country in which the document was issued. Translation has to be made from the original of document.

1. Recruitment Commission being chaired by the School’s Principal verifies the documents and then informs the candidate about their decision
2. In case of positive recruitment decision the School issues Acceptance Letter confirming the decision of the Recruitment Commission
3. Candidate is obliged to pay a tuition fee to learn the selected subject and for the Polish language course for year in advance. If no payment is made within 30 days from… Acceptance Letter becomes invalid.
4. The school after receiving the tuition fee issues to the student Enrollment Letter that constitutes a binding decision on the admission to the selected field of study and program.
5. Within 14 days since the receipt of the Acceptance Letter you have to deliever to the school the original of the certificate and its translation into Polish and 4 photos in the student’s card format. Students staying outside the territory of Poland are entitled at this recruitment stage to apply for a visa in the Embassy of the Republic of Poland.
